A plus-sized influencer is pushing back against trolls who criticize her for showing off her size 22 body. Proudly declaring she “will always be unapologetically fat,” she faces a wave of online criticism for sharing bold photos where she’s scantily clad.

Despite the harsh comments, she stands firm, saying plus-size bodies are “hot” and look great in bikinis.

While some followers admire her beauty and confidence, others argue it’s not about her choice of clothing but the serious health risks associated with excess weight. Keep reading to learn more about Abby Bible and her journey with online trolls!

In a world where unrealistic beauty standards are common, influencers like Abby Bible play a vital role in promoting self-love and body positivity.

Even with some negative feedback, the 25-year-old’s positive attitude and love for fashion send a powerful message to her followers.

Standing tall at 6-foot-1, Abby, a size 22 influencer, often shares on Instagram that she refuses to conform to society’s “toxic” standards.

“As a teen, I thought I’d never be seen as ‘feminine’ because the media says we have to be small, dainty, cute, and soft-spoken. Over time, I believed being feminine meant being desirable and worthy of a good life,” writes the New York-based influencer. “I’ve slowly freed myself from these toxic thoughts…”

Appearing on Dr. Phil to discuss body positivity, Abby shared her struggles with weight since childhood. “At 14, I weighed about 200 pounds… I had a personal trainer who told me if I wanted friends, I’d need to lose weight, that no one would ever love me if I’m fat.”

At one point, Abby lost 100 pounds, bringing her weight down to 235 pounds, but she found that it “didn’t solve any of her problems” and she was still unhappy “having the body everyone wanted.”

Now, in a loving relationship, Abby is on a mission to remind others that plus-size bodies are “hot” and look great in bikinis.

‘Look away’
In a recent TikTok video viewed by over 82,000 people, Abby wears a red string bikini, responding to a troll who says, “fat people shouldn’t wear string bikinis.”

“If you don’t like it, look away,” she captions the clip, where she playfully gazes into the camera and mouths, “I don’t care.”

Many fans showed overwhelming support, thanking her for inspiring them. “I bought my first bikini because of you. Seriously,” writes one. Another says, “You look amazing, I wish I had your body confidence.”

Among the supportive comments, there are still trolls suggesting she lacks self-respect.

“Well, you should care, that’s disrespectful to yourself,” writes one. Another asks, “Where’s your self-respect?” And another advises, “I’m a big woman, and just because they make it in our size doesn’t mean you need to wear it. Have some respect for yourself.”

Health Concerns
Though Abby continues to impress her followers with her fabulous fashion, she remains a target for trolls who criticize individuals with larger bodies.

However, it goes beyond body shaming, as her weight does make her more vulnerable to health issues.

“All I see is a lot of strain on her heart and joints, but again, that’s her choice!” writes one Facebook user. “The concern is when health complications like diabetes arise, it adds pressure on our healthcare system!”

Another netizen shares, “I support body positivity unless it promotes a body composition with serious health risks as the new normal.”

“I believe in embracing inner beauty and dressing how you please, but… she is heading for health issues like diabetes, heart failure, and joint problems.” The comment continues, “I hope she feels comfortable in her own skin when she faces those health challenges. It’s sad she doesn’t see the damage to her health.”

Abby, who hasn’t addressed these health concerns publicly, reminds everyone, “Just because you’re thin, doesn’t mean you’re better than me.”

She adds, “I am an unapologetic fat girl… You can take it or leave it because I’m always going to be happy with myself.”

In the end, happiness is what matters, and if Abby feels she’s found it, we hope her health supports her continued joy.
