Seeing your child graduate is the happiest thing in the world. In 2018, Dennis Roach, a father from Texas, recreated a picture of himself and his daughter Tori from 2000. This made the time even more special for him.
The original picture showed Dennis enjoying his own graduation with Tori, who was only a few months old. He held her close and kissed her on the cheek. After 18 years, they took a new picture of Tori in the same pose, but this time she was older and proud.
To share the two pictures next to each other on Twitter, Tori wrote, “18 years later.” Nearly 150,000 people liked the post, and 57,000 people retweeted it. The comments area was full of praise, with many people praising the touching moment.
