“Dirty Dancing,” the 1987 romantic dance drama, has become a cult classic. It has inspired many to take up dancing and even try out the iconic moves from the movie, especially that famous lift.
The film stars Patrick Swayze as Johnny Castle and Jennifer Grey as Frances “Baby” Houseman. It follows a young woman who meets and falls in love with a dance instructor during a summer getaway.
