An elderly patient marched confidently into the dentist’s office and settled into the chair with surprising determination. Without warning, she began preparing for what appeared to be a very different kind of examination.
“Whoa there!” the dentist exclaimed. “This is a dental practice, not an OB/GYN office!”
The woman simply nodded and explained with perfect seriousness, “Yes, I know exactly where I am. Now if you wouldn’t mind, these need to come out,” pointing to where her husband’s dentures would normally be.
