Richard’s 80th birthday took a dramatic turn when he surprised his daughter, Deidre. But her tearful reaction at the door left him concerned.

Deidre owed $80,000, and Richard offered his savings, but it wasn’t enough. To save her, he agreed to smuggle a car across the border. The plan failed when police dogs detected the car, leading to a chase that ended with the car sinking in a river.
Richard barely escaped and mortgaged his house to pay off the debt. When he returned to the bar, Deidre joined him, refusing to let him face the danger alone. As Mr. Marco threatened them, police arrived, rescuing them just in time.
