Thanksgiving is a time for family and gratitude, but for Olivia, this year’s holiday turned into a heartbreaking ordeal.
Living with her son, Olivia decided to invite his ex-wife to Thanksgiving dinner. She wanted her grandchildren to spend the holiday with both of their parents. But her son’s new wife didn’t take the invitation well. Feeling insulted, she confronted Olivia, who responded, “She’s more family to us than you! Thankfully, the police quickly determined the children were safe and released Olivia’s son. It was later revealed that the new wife had made the call out of spite, feeling unwelcome in her own home.
