The terrible effects of the L.A. wildfires: celebrity homes destroyed

The latest wildfires in Los Angeles destroyed more than 1,000 homes and 15,000 acres of land. Some of the worst-hit areas are Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Santa Monica. Several famous houses have been reduced to ashes in these areas.

Anna Faris’s $5 million home in Pacific Palisades was one of many famous houses that were destroyed. Faris bought the house in 2018, but it has been totally destroyed. Sad pictures of the house on fire show that it is gone.

Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, who are married, also lost their $6.5 million house. They bought the modern five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in 2019; it has beautiful ocean views and was designed with great care. The house is torn apart, though, with the roof caved in and the walls on fire.

Some famous people have been left without a place to live since the fires started on January 7.

As it becomes clear how bad the damage really is, a lot of famous people have taken to social media to talk about their experiences and thank the brave firemen. Paris Hilton’s family home in Malibu is thought to have been wrecked. Hilton called the experience “overwhelming,” but she is glad to say that her family and pets are safe.
