A teacher saw a student in the back of the class who was squirming and scratching and seemed very unhappy. She asked him to look into it because she was worried.
The ashamed boy told her in a whisper that he was itchy after getting medical care. The teacher was kind and told him to call his mom from the principal’s office for help.
He did what was asked of him and went back to class. Soon after, though, chaos broke out when the teacher saw the boy with his pants down.
She was shocked and asked, “Didn’t I tell you to call your mum?”
“I did,” the boy said in a shy way. “She said if I could hang in there until lunchtime, she’d pick me up from school.”
Everyone in the class laughed out loud at the clever mistake, and the boy’s teacher couldn’t help but laugh at how literally he took his mom’s advice.
