It was an amazing moment. This amazing thing happened in the last round of the event in Florida at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.
The way Charlie used a 7-iron to get a hole-in-one on a par-3 hole showed how talented he really is. A video recording of the event showed Charlie’s focused face as he swung his club and watched the ball go.
The ball hit the ground smoothly about six feet to the left of the hole and then slid into the cup. When Charlie saw it, he stopped in the middle of his step, his hand raised in joy, and a shocked smile spread across his face.
The crowd went wild with cheers when Charlie gave his dad, Tiger, an emotional hug. The pair’s matching red shirts and black trousers made the party mood even better.

When Tiger gave Charlie a warm pat on the back, he smiled and said, “Yeah!” Later, Charlie said it was one of the most fun times he’d ever had on the golf course and called it “awesome.”
Tiger thought this was the best moment of his long and successful career. He talked about the special bond he has with Charlie on the golf course and said, “That’s one of the best times we’ve ever had.”
As Charlie made his first eagle on the previous hole, Tiger said that he had grown as a player and praised him for that. “He just made his first hole-in-one after making his first eagle on the hole before,” he said. “The two-hole stretch is magical.”
Tiger stressed how important it is to be a trusted partner in scramble-style golf, even though he wasn’t in great shape for competitive golf. He loved the chance to work with Charlie and make memories that would last a lifetime.
Team Langer, which was made up of Bernhard and Jason Langer, won the PNC Championship 2024 after a tie. Team Woods came in second, which was their best finish ever.
Bernhard Langer was sure that Team Woods would win in the future. He said, “I’m convinced they are going to win this thing in the next few years.” “They’re just too good.”
Charlie has been getting help from Tiger as he learns how to play golf. Tiger said, “I just want him to be himself.” “He’s going to have the last name, but I want him to create his own identity and follow his own path.”
Charlie is still getting better at golf, and Tiger admitted that being in the spotlight can be hard for him. Tiger said, “I expect him to do a great job.” “He’s going to have to deal with the scrutiny, but I’m always here for him.”
