A whole country is sad about the deaths of two young brothers.

A terrible house blast in Defiance, Missouri, has shocked and saddened the people who live there. The explosion happened at home with the boys’ family, and even though first rescuers did their best, they were not able to be saved.

A lot of people in the area have come together to remember the two young boys. They were known for being very happy and loving learning. The town is very empty now that they’re gone, and everyone who knew them will miss their energy and happiness.

This house was owned by the Hoffmann Family of Companies. They sent their condolences to the family, There is a GoFundMe page set up to help the family, and so far over $145,000 has been raised.

People in the community have come together to help the family. Businesses and groups in the area have offered their support. Evelyn and her mother, Jennifer, are both members of the Defiance Merchants Association, which has been very helpful in setting up the relief activities. Laura Emerson, a neighbour who went to the blast site, put a Christmas wreath on the house that was still standing and said, “Those boys seemed so happy.” They had very smart minds. They had a great time. “They were loved.”

As people in the community deal with Julian and Jamison’s deaths, their memory will live on in the many lives they touched. We will never forget how much they loved learning, how excited they were about life, and how happy they made other people.
