In 1991, Reba was hit by tragedy again when a plane crash killed seven band members and her manager. The event took place on March 16 in San Diego, after a show.
Reba and her husband at the time had planned to fly apart to escape the fatal crash. Even though it’s been decades, Reba still remembers her friends who have died.
Reba talked about the terrible event in an interview with Oprah in 2012: “The plane’s wing hit a rock on Otay Mountain…” Narvel told me what took place.
Reba was so upset that she said, “It’s been 20 years, but the pain never goes away…” Narvel is moving back and forth in the room.
Fans sent Reba words of support, such as “Prayers for you and your mother… Reba, your music inspires us.”
Tell your friends and family about Reba’s story on Facebook and remember how strong she was when she was hurting.
